Amazon Prime Day is a HUGE shopping day. This year it is TWO days long – July 15th and 16th. That is a lot of deals to watch and keep track of. Prime Day has become such a huge success that other retailers are looking to capitalize on what has become Black Friday in July (even though it is not a Friday). Last year, I tried to watch all the great Amazon sales, and look ahead to see what deals were coming up – and it was EXHAUSTING. Plus, I may have also been trying to work my day job.

If you are an Amazon Prime Member and are interested in some of the deals, I will be posting some of the great deals that are related to my blog – mostly crafting and kitchen deals! Last year I got an amazing deal on a Cricut EasyPress – I was soooo excited. I anticipate some amazing deals on the Cricut Maker because Cricut just announced a brand new line of tools that are only available for the Cricut Maker – things such as an embossing tool, a wavy blade, a perforation tip and a debossing tip! It is so exciting – the range of projects that this machine can handle is growing by leaps and bounds.

1. Get a free 30 day trial of Amazon Prime. If you are a student, you can get a free 6 month trial!

2. Sign up for Amazon Prime and choose the monthly payment option for your membership fee. You can cancel at any time. It is $12.99/month. If you only want the membership for a month (during Amazon Prime Days) then you have only spent $12.99!

3. You can request Prime Membership as a gift from your favorite person! The gift can be 3 or 12 months long! What a great gift idea!

Other Shopping Options

As I mentioned before, other retails are jumping on the Black Friday in July idea and trying to compete with Amazon Prime during their Prime Days. As an online shopper, you are going to see some amazing deals pop up! One of my favorite ways to shop and save is to shop the great online sales and then top them off with a rebate from E-Bates (now called Rakuten – you may have seen their commercials). I have been a member of E-Bates/Rakuten since 2012 and have earned back more than $600! It is so easy to sign up and use! I have a Rakuten plugin loaded in my Chrome browser and whenever I shop online at a store that is offering a rebate, I get a pop-up telling me so! I click on the pop-up, then it takes me right back to where I was shopping and any order I place is eligible for a rebate!
