When it is hot outside and you want a cookie – this is where I turn! The world’s best no-bake cookies! They are so easy, and do not require the oven! They also do not last long, at least not in my house! And they would pair well with some of the cool summer dinner recipes that also don’t require the oven!!
My favorite part of this recipe is the flaked coconut! You can use sweetened or unsweetened coconut, either way it makes this cookie irresistible! Please let me know how you liked them, if you tried to make them!!
World's Best No-Bake Cookies
My all time favorite cookies are No-Bake Cookies. They are so delicious - chocolatey, firm and filling! My family has made no-bake cookies for as long as I can remember. My brother and sister and I are always sharing the recipe and asking someone to bring them to family get togethers!
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 3 Tbs Cocoa
- 1/2 Cup Butter 1 stick
- 1 pinch salt more or less to your liking
- 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3 Cups Quick Cooking Oats
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Flakes Sweetened or Unsweetened
Instructions

Mix sugar, milk, cocoa and butter together in a large sauce pan. Add salt and bring to a boil. Once the mixture comes to a boil, remove from heat. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls or small scoop on waxed paper and let set until firm.
