High Protein snacks that my whole family loves (teens included)
Add all ingredients except chocolate chips into a food processor. Pulse until the almonds and chickpeas are ground into a fine meal.
Scrap food processor sides as needed. Continue pulsing until well mixed.
Add chocolate chips and pulse quickly just to mix.
Using a baking/ice cream scoop or a large spoon, scoop about 1/4 cup of mixture out of the processor. Using hands, form into a ball and place onto a parchment lined paper.
Freeze for 15 minutes before serving. Can keep in the freezer for up to 2 months if sealed tightly.
